What turnover means

Turnover, also called wagering requirement, is the total amount you must stake before you can withdraw any bonus winnings. At this platform, the turnover is calculated on your deposit plus the bonus amount combined.

For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, your turnover target is based on RM200, not just the RM100 bonus. This is a standard practice across the site’s promotions.

Game weighting explained

Not all games count equally towards your turnover. Slots contribute the full amount of every bet. Live dealer tables contribute only a small fraction, meaning you need to wager much more to clear the requirement.

Low-odds sportsbook selections, such as heavy favourites with very short odds, usually contribute nothing at all. Always check the game weighting list in the lobby before you start playing.

Maximum bet limit

While you have an active bonus balance, the site enforces a maximum bet per spin or hand. This limit is clearly stated in the promotion terms. Exceeding it, even by accident, can void your bonus and any winnings earned.

Players who place a bet above the maximum limit while the bonus is active risk losing the bonus amount entirely. The original deposit remains untouched, but the bonus and its winnings are forfeited.

Expiry and forfeiture

Every bonus runs on a rolling expiry window starting the moment it credits to your account. If you do not complete the turnover requirement within that time, the bonus portion is removed from your balance.

Your original deposit is never forfeited if the bonus expires. You keep whatever is left of your deposit, but any bonus funds and winnings tied to the unfinished turnover are taken back by the platform.

How to check your progress

Your current turnover progress is visible inside your account dashboard. The site updates this in real time as you play, so you can always see how much more you need to wager before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

For Malaysian players, all balances and progress are shown in ringgit. You can check via desktop or mobile, and the information is the same whether you deposited using Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, or bank transfer.

Deposit methods and bonuses

Bonuses are available on deposits made through e-wallets like Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost, as well as DuitNow and FPX. Bank transfers also qualify, but processing time may be slightly longer before the bonus credits.

Each deposit method may have its own minimum amount to trigger the bonus. Check the promotions page in the lobby for the exact minimum ringgit amount required for your chosen payment method.

Multiple bonuses at once

The platform generally does not allow you to run more than one active bonus at a time. If you claim a new bonus while another is still in progress, the older bonus may be cancelled automatically.

To avoid losing a bonus unintentionally, finish the turnover requirement on your current offer before claiming a new one. The site will notify you if there is a conflict before you confirm the new bonus.

Withdrawing after completion

Once you meet the full turnover requirement, your bonus winnings become real balance and can be withdrawn. You can request a withdrawal via your chosen method, such as e-wallet or bank transfer.

The site processes withdrawals in ringgit. There are no additional play-through conditions after the turnover is met. Your funds are available just like any other cash balance in your account.
